Main Research Lines
- Development of conjugated polymers for flexible solar cells (OPV, Perovskita) and Light Emitting Diodes (OLED).
- Thermoelectric, Piezoelectric, Smart Windows (Suspended Particle Devices).
- Development of materials for the oil industry (Polyamides, PVDF, PEEK). Determination of gas permeability.
- UHMWPE processing: fibers, blends and nanocomposites.
- SSynthesis / preparation of nanocomposites (Polym. In situ and mixture in the molten state, reinforcing agents: cellulosic fibers, ceramic particles, silica, alumina, CNT, graphene, MMT, mica, haloisite).
- Compatible composites: PP, PA, Biopolymers (PLA, PCL, PHB, PBAT)
- Process of steam explosion in vegetable fibers - Nanocellulose.
- Plastic catalytic pyrolysis. Chemical recycling.
- Nanoparticulate systems for drug release.
